The Leadership Learning Portal (LLP) is designed so users can move from exploring training options to actively participating with as little friction as possible. This guide walks through the full process from first visit to starting your training.
When you first visit the portal, you can browse available online courses and upcoming live events without creating an account. This allows you to understand what training is offered, how it is delivered, and whether it fits your needs before committing. You are not required to log in until you decide to enroll in a course or register for an event.
Once you are ready to participate, you will create an account using your name, email address, and a password. During registration, you will choose whether you are signing up as an Individual or as a Company Admin. After submitting the registration form, you must verify your email address before you can sign in. This verification step confirms your identity and activates your account.
After verifying your email, you can sign in and access your dashboard. The dashboard is your central workspace inside the portal. From here, you can see enrolled courses, assigned training, upcoming live events, and your current progress. The dashboard automatically adjusts based on your account type, showing only the tools and information relevant to you.
To start training, you can enroll in an online course or register for a live event. Individual users enroll themselves, while Company Admins assign training to employees before completing checkout. Once enrollment or registration is complete, the training appears on the dashboard and is available immediately.
As you move through training, progress is saved automatically. You can leave the portal at any time and return later to continue where you left off. Online courses must be completed in order, and required videos and quizzes must be completed before moving forward.
After completing an online course, a certificate is generated automatically. For live events, certificates become available after attendance is confirmed by an administrator. Individual users can download their own certificates, while Company Admins manage certificates for employees.
If you ever need help during this process, support is available through the Contact page. Most users are able to complete the full onboarding process without assistance, but help is always available if questions arise.
