After signing in to the Leadership Learning Portal, Individual users land on their personal dashboard. This dashboard is the central place where you manage your learning, resume courses, and track progress. It is designed to be simple, focused, and free of administrative tools that are only needed by company managers.
The main area of the dashboard shows the courses and live events you are currently enrolled in. Any course you have started will appear here, making it easy to return and continue where you left off. Progress indicators show whether a course is not started, in progress, or completed, so you can quickly understand your status at a glance.
If you are registered for upcoming live events, those events will also appear on your dashboard. This allows you to easily confirm what you are signed up for and review event details without searching the site again.
The dashboard also provides quick access to completed training. Once you finish an online course or attend a live event (after attendance is confirmed), the completion status updates automatically. Certificates for completed training become available through your account, allowing you to download them for your records.
Navigation links around the dashboard allow you to move between key areas such as your enrolled courses, live events, profile settings, and certificates. These links are consistent across the portal so you can always return to the dashboard without losing your place.
For Individual users, the dashboard is intentionally limited to personal learning only. You will not see employee management, purchasing tools, carts, or order history. This keeps the experience focused on learning rather than administration.
If something you expect to see is missing—such as a course, quiz, or certificate—it is usually because a required step has not yet been completed. Progress updates automatically as lessons, videos, and quizzes are completed.
The dashboard is your home base in the Leadership Learning Portal. From here, you can start new training, continue existing courses, and track everything you have completed in one clear, organized view.
