Viewing Order History

The Order History section allows Company Admins to review all past purchases made within the Leadership Learning Portal. This area is used for billing reference, internal record-keeping, and confirming which courses or live events were assigned to specific users.

Only Company Admin accounts have access to Order History. Individual users and employees do not see this section.

Company Admins can access Order History from their dashboard navigation after signing in. Orders are displayed in chronological order, with the most recent purchases shown first. This makes it easy to locate recent transactions or review historical training purchases.

Each order entry provides a high-level summary, including the order or invoice number, the date the order was placed, the total amount charged or billed, and the current payment status. This overview helps admins quickly identify the correct order without opening every record.

Selecting an order opens the full invoice details. The invoice view shows a complete breakdown of what was purchased, including the courses or live events included in the order and the users who were assigned to each item at checkout. This confirms exactly who received access to the training and ensures assignments were completed correctly.

Invoices can be printed or saved as a PDF for accounting, reimbursement, or compliance purposes. Order records remain available even after training is completed, allowing admins to retrieve documentation at any time.

Payment status indicators show whether an order was paid immediately by credit card or placed under approved pay-later terms such as Net 30 or Net 60. If an order shows a pending or invoiced status and there are questions about billing, Company Admins should contact support through the portal.

Order History reflects purchase and billing records only. To track training completion or attendance, admins should use the Employee Enrollment and progress tracking areas instead. This separation keeps financial records and training records clear and organized.

If an expected order does not appear, it usually means checkout was not completed successfully. In those cases, no training access is granted until the order is finalized.
