Dashboard Overview for Employees

The employee dashboard is designed to be simple and focused. Employees only see what has been assigned to them by their Company Admin, allowing them to concentrate on completing training without distraction from billing, enrollment, or management tools.

When an employee signs in, the dashboard displays their assigned online courses and live events. Each item shows its current status, making it easy to see what has already been completed, what is in progress, and what still needs attention. If a course was previously started, the dashboard allows the employee to resume from where they left off without needing to search for the lesson again.

Employees can open assigned courses directly from the dashboard. Once inside a course, they can watch lesson videos, read course materials, and complete quizzes as required. Progress is saved automatically as each step is completed, so employees can leave and return at any time without losing their place.

Live events assigned to an employee also appear on the dashboard. These entries allow employees to review event details such as date, time, and location. While employees can view their registered events, they cannot change registration details or assign events to others.

The employee dashboard does not include access to the shopping cart, checkout, order history, or invoices. Employees also cannot enroll themselves in additional courses or events. All enrollment and assignments must be handled by a Company Admin to ensure accurate records.

Certificates are not downloadable from the employee dashboard. Once training is completed or attendance is confirmed for a live event, the completion status is visible, but certificate files are managed and downloaded by the Company Admin.

Overall, the employee dashboard exists to provide a clear, distraction-free view of assigned training, progress, and next steps. This structure ensures employees can focus entirely on learning while companies retain control over training management and records.
