The dashboard is the main hub of the Leadership Learning Portal. After signing in, this is the first screen you will see and the place you will return to most often. Its purpose is to give you a clear, at-a-glance view of your training activity and quick access to what you need to do next.
What appears on your dashboard depends on your account type. Individual users, Company Admins, and Employees all see a dashboard tailored to their role, but the overall layout and experience remain consistent.
For Individual users, the dashboard shows the courses you are enrolled in and any live events you are registered for. You will see progress indicators that show whether a course has not been started, is in progress, or has been completed. If you previously started a course, the dashboard allows you to resume exactly where you left off without searching through lessons.
For Company Admins, the dashboard includes everything an Individual user sees, along with additional management tools. Admins can view employee counts, access employee management, review enrollments, and navigate to order history and invoices. This allows admins to manage both their own learning and their company’s training from a single location.
For Employees, the dashboard is simplified. Employees only see courses and live events that have been assigned to them by their Company Admin. They do not see purchasing options, carts, invoices, or administrative tools. This keeps the experience focused on completing assigned training.
Navigation links are typically located along the side of the dashboard. These links allow you to move between enrolled courses, live events, profile settings, and other available sections without leaving the portal. Selecting a link updates the main content area while keeping you signed in.
The dashboard updates automatically as you complete lessons, pass quizzes, or are assigned new training. There is no need to manually refresh progress. If something appears out of date, signing out and back in or refreshing the page usually resolves it.
In short, the dashboard is designed to reduce confusion and save time. It shows you what training you have, what needs attention, and where to go next, all based on your role in the system.
