Once you are enrolled in an online course, lessons and activities guide you through the training in a clear, structured way. Each course is designed to build knowledge step by step, so lessons and required activities must be completed in order.
When you open a course from your dashboard, you will see the current lesson you are working on along with a course navigation panel. This navigation shows the overall structure of the course, including completed lessons, your current lesson, and upcoming sections that will unlock as you progress.
Lessons may include written content, required videos, downloadable resources, or quizzes. Some lessons only require reading or watching content, while others include activities that confirm understanding before you can move forward.
As you complete each lesson, the system automatically tracks your progress. There is no save button. Progress updates as soon as a lesson’s requirements are met, such as finishing a video or submitting a quiz attempt.
If a lesson includes a quiz or required activity, it must be completed successfully before the next lesson becomes available. This ensures that all participants receive the full training experience and meet the same learning standards.
You can leave a course at any time and return later. When you come back, the course will reopen at your last completed or active lesson so you can continue without repeating work.
You may also revisit previous lessons to review content. Reviewing earlier material does not affect your progress and is encouraged if you need a refresher before completing an activity.
A course is only marked complete after all lessons and required activities have been finished. Once the final lesson is completed and all requirements are met, the system updates your status and prepares your certificate (based on your account role).
