Browsing the Leadership Learning Portal With an Account

Once you are signed in to the Leadership Learning Portal (LLP), browsing training becomes more personalized and interactive. While many parts of the site are visible without an account, signing in unlocks the ability to move from exploration into action.

When logged in, you can browse online courses and live events just like a guest user, but with additional context tied to your account. Courses and events you are already enrolled in or registered for are clearly marked, making it easy to avoid duplicate selections. You can quickly see what is new, what is available to you, and what you have already started.

Browsing while signed in also allows the system to guide you smoothly into enrollment. If you select a course or live event, you can immediately add it to your cart without being redirected to register or sign in again. This creates a faster, uninterrupted experience compared to browsing without an account.

For Company Admin users, browsing while signed in includes management-specific behavior. When viewing a course or live event, admins can prepare to assign training to employees instead of themselves. The portal automatically recognizes the admin role and adjusts the enrollment flow accordingly.

Employees browsing while signed in will only see training that has been assigned to them or is available for viewing. They cannot add items to a cart or enroll themselves, but they can review course details and understand what training is coming up or already assigned.

Overall, browsing with an account keeps everything connected to your learning progress, role, and permissions. It ensures that when you are ready to enroll, assign, or continue training, the next step is always clear and immediately available.
