The Leadership Learning Portal (LLP) is designed for professionals and organizations that participate in leadership training through Accelerated Leadership. The portal supports both individual learners and companies that manage training for teams, all within the same system.
The portal is intentionally role-based. What a user can see and do depends on how their account is set up. This ensures training access, progress tracking, and certificates are handled correctly without confusion.
Individual Learners
The portal is for individuals who are taking leadership training on their own. These users may be professionals, managers, or team members who want to improve leadership skills through online courses or live events.
Individual users can browse available courses and live events, enroll in training for themselves, complete lessons and quizzes, track their own progress, and download their own certificates once training is completed.
Individuals do not manage other users, assign training, or handle employee records.
Company Admins
The portal is also built for organizations that want to manage leadership training for employees. Company Admin accounts are intended for owners, managers, HR leaders, or administrators who oversee training for a team.
Company Admins can add employees to the system, assign online courses and live events, complete checkout on behalf of employees, track employee progress, and download certificates for company records. Company Admins also retain full access to their own personal training within the portal.
This setup allows companies to centralize training, maintain accurate records, and control who is enrolled and certified.
Employees
Employees use the portal to complete training that has been assigned to them by a Company Admin. Employee accounts are created by the company and are not self-registered.
Employees can sign in, access assigned courses or live events, complete lessons and quizzes, and view their own progress. Employees cannot enroll themselves in additional training, place orders, or download certificates. Certificates for employees are managed by the Company Admin to keep records centralized.
Visitors and Prospective Users
The portal is also accessible to visitors who are not signed in. Anyone can browse available courses and view upcoming live events to understand what training is offered before deciding to create an account.
Browsing does not require an account, but participation in training does.
