Resetting Your Password

If you forget your password or are unable to sign in to the Leadership Learning Portal, you can reset your password at any time using the built-in password recovery process. This ensures secure access to your account without requiring assistance from support in most cases.


To begin, visit the password reset page at:
https://altrainer.com/forgot-password


Enter the email address associated with your account and submit the request. The system will send a password reset email to that address. This email contains a secure link that allows you to create a new password.


Once you click the reset link, you will be prompted to enter and confirm a new password. After submitting the new password, it becomes active immediately, and you can sign in using your updated credentials.


If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure the email address you entered matches the one used during registration. If the email still does not arrive, it may indicate that the address is incorrect or that the account has not been fully verified.


For security reasons, password reset links expire after a short period of time. If the link expires, simply return to the reset page and request a new one.
