You can change your password at any time from inside the Leadership Learning Portal after signing in. Updating your password regularly helps keep your account secure, especially if you are using shared devices or managing employee access as a Company Admin.
To change your password, first sign in to your account and navigate to Profile Settings from your dashboard. In the password section, you will be asked to enter your current password, followed by your new password. Once submitted, the new password takes effect immediately.
If you are an employee who was added by a Company Admin, you may have been given a temporary password when your account was created. While changing this password is not forced on first login, it is strongly recommended to ensure only you can access your training and progress.
After changing your password, you may be asked to sign in again on other devices or browsers. This is normal and helps protect your account. If you ever forget your password, you can reset it using the Forgot Password option on the login page.
If you experience any issues updating your password or believe your account security may be compromised, contact support through the portal for assistance.
