Updating Your Personal Information

Your personal information in the Leadership Learning Portal (LLP) is used for account identification, communication, and certificates. Keeping this information up to date ensures your training records and certificates display the correct details and that you continue receiving important system emails.

After signing in, you can update your personal information from Profile Settings, which is available from your dashboard navigation. Changes made here apply immediately unless otherwise noted.

You can update your name, email address, and other optional profile details. Your name is especially important because it is used exactly as entered on course and live event certificates. If your name is misspelled or outdated, certificates generated before the change will not automatically update.

If you change your email address, the new email becomes your login username and primary contact method. You should only use an email address you actively monitor, as login alerts, password resets, course assignments, and event notifications are sent there. In some cases, changing your email may require verification before it becomes active.

Company Admin users may also see additional profile fields related to their organization, but personal profile updates apply only to the individual user, not to employees under the account.

All updates are saved directly to your account. If you do not see changes reflected right away, refreshing the page or signing out and back in typically resolves the issue. If a field appears locked or unavailable, it is usually due to account role restrictions rather than a system error.

If you are unable to update your personal information or believe something is incorrect and cannot be changed, you should contact support for assistance through the portal’s contact page.
