Company Information settings allow Company Admins to manage how their organization appears inside the Leadership Learning Portal. This section controls company-level details such as the organization name and branding used on training certificates. Keeping this information accurate ensures professional records and consistent documentation for your team.
Only Company Admin accounts have access to Company Information settings. Individual users will not see these options.
To manage company information, sign in to your account and navigate to Profile Settings from the dashboard menu. Within Profile Settings, locate the Company Information section.
In this area, you can update your company name as it should appear internally and on certificates. This name is used for employee training records and should reflect your official business or organization name.
Company Admins can also upload a company logo. When a logo is added, it automatically appears on certificates issued for employees who complete online courses or attend live events. This allows your organization to maintain branded, professional training documentation without any additional setup.
Logos should be clear, properly sized, and suitable for document display. Once uploaded, the logo is applied going forward and does not affect certificates that were issued before the change.
Changes made in Company Information are saved immediately. If updates do not appear right away, refreshing the page usually resolves the issue.
If you need to change your account type or remove employees before making certain updates, the system will notify you. Company Admin accounts cannot be downgraded to Individual accounts while employees are still active.
Managing Company Information helps ensure your organization’s training records are accurate, branded, and easy to manage as your team grows.
