Sending Employee Login Credentials

When a Company Admin adds a new employee to the Leadership Learning Portal, the system automatically creates an employee account and sends login credentials to the employee by email. This email is the employee’s first point of access to the portal and contains everything they need to sign in.

After an employee is added, the portal sends an invitation email to the email address entered by the Company Admin. This message includes the employee’s login email and a temporary password. The employee uses these credentials to sign in for the first time and access any courses or live events that have been assigned to them.

If an employee does not receive their login email, the Company Admin should first ask them to check their spam or junk folder. In most cases, the email is delivered but filtered by the employee’s email provider. If the email is still missing, the Company Admin can resend login credentials from the Employee Management section. Resending credentials does not change the employee’s assignments or progress—it simply sends the login information again.

Employees are strongly encouraged to change their temporary password after signing in. This can be done from their profile settings once they are logged in. While the system does not force an immediate password change, updating the password helps keep the account secure.

Company Admins should avoid sharing employee passwords manually through text messages or unsecured channels. The portal’s email delivery ensures credentials are sent securely and tied to the correct account. If an employee is having trouble signing in even after credentials are resent, the issue is usually related to an incorrect email address or a forgotten password, both of which can be resolved by updating the employee record or using the password reset process.

Sending and managing employee login credentials is designed to be simple and controlled entirely by the Company Admin, ensuring employees can access their assigned training without exposing company billing, orders, or administrative settings.
