Signing In to Your Account

Signing in allows you to access your personalized dashboard in the Leadership Learning Portal, where you can enroll in courses, register for live events, continue training, and manage assignments based on your account role.

To sign in, go to:
https://altrainer.com/login

Enter the email address and password you used when creating your account. Your email address serves as your username. Once your credentials are verified, you will be signed in and taken directly to your dashboard.

If your email address has not been verified yet, you will not be able to sign in. In that case, check your inbox (and spam or junk folder) for the verification email and follow the instructions to activate your account before attempting to log in again.

If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password option to reset it.

You can start the password reset process here:
https://altrainer.com/forgot-password

After submitting your email address, you will receive a password reset email with instructions to create a new password. For security reasons, password reset links expire after a short time. If the link expires, you can request a new one using the same page.

Once signed in, what you see depends on your account type. Individual users will see their enrolled courses and registered events. Company Admin users will also see tools for managing employees, assigning training, and viewing orders. Employees will see only the courses and events that have been assigned to them.

If you continue to have trouble signing in after resetting your password or verifying your email, contact support through the portal’s contact page for assistance.
