The Leadership Learning Portal is designed so you never have to remember where you stopped or worry about losing progress. Your activity is saved automatically as you move through courses and events, allowing you to leave and return at any time without disruption.
When you sign back in, your dashboard becomes your starting point. Any courses you are enrolled in or events you are registered for appear immediately, along with visual indicators showing your current progress. If you previously started a course, you can simply select it from your dashboard and the portal will open it at the exact lesson, video, or quiz where you last stopped.
For online courses, progress is recorded as you complete each required step. Videos must be watched fully to be marked complete, quizzes must be passed when required, and lessons unlock in order. Once a step is completed, the system saves that progress automatically. There is no manual save button and no additional action needed from you.
If you leave a course in the middle of a lesson or video, you can safely exit and return later. When you reopen the course, the system will guide you back to the appropriate point so you can continue without repeating completed content.
Live events work slightly differently. After registering, events remain visible on your dashboard so you can review details such as date, time, and location. While there is no “progress” to resume for live events, keeping them on your dashboard ensures you always know what you are scheduled to attend.
If you do not see your progress reflected immediately after returning, refreshing the page or signing out and back in typically resolves the issue. In most cases, missing progress is related to an incomplete step, such as a video that was not fully watched or a quiz that was not passed.
The resume experience is intentionally simple. Your dashboard acts as a reliable checkpoint, allowing you to step away when needed and confidently return to continue your leadership training right where you left off.
