Navigating Between Courses and Events

The Leadership Learning Portal is designed so users can easily move between online courses, live events, and their dashboard without losing progress or context. Navigation remains consistent across the platform, allowing users to switch between learning activities at any time.

After signing in, the primary way to navigate is through the left-side navigation menu (or main menu, depending on screen size). This menu provides direct access to enrolled courses, assigned or registered live events, and your dashboard. Selecting any item updates the main screen without requiring you to leave the portal or sign in again.

When moving between courses, progress is saved automatically. You can exit a course at any time and return later without losing your place. If you switch from a course to a live event page, the course remains available from your dashboard and will reopen at the last completed lesson when selected again.

Live events and courses are kept separate to avoid confusion. Courses appear under your enrolled or assigned courses section, while live events appear under your events section. This separation helps users clearly see what is self-paced learning versus scheduled, in-person training.

Company Admins may see additional navigation options related to employee enrollment and management. These administrative sections do not interfere with personal learning navigation and can be accessed independently.

At any point, returning to the dashboard provides a central view of all active learning, upcoming events, and completed training. This makes it easy to move between different types of training while staying organized and on track.

Navigation is intentionally simple so users can focus on learning rather than figuring out where to go next.
