Enrolling in an online course is the step that officially gives you access to leadership training inside the Leadership Learning Portal (LLP). While anyone can browse courses without an account, enrollment requires you to be signed in.
Once enrolled, the course is added to your dashboard and becomes available immediately.
Who Can Enroll in Courses
How enrollment works depends on your account type.
If you are an Individual user, you enroll yourself directly.
If you are a Company Admin, you enroll by assigning the course to yourself, employees, or both during checkout.
If you are an Employee, you cannot enroll yourself. All courses must be assigned to you by a Company Admin.
Adding a Course to the Cart
To enroll, start by browsing available courses and selecting the course you want to take. On the course page, choose the option to add the course to your cart.
Adding a course to the cart does not immediately enroll you. The cart simply holds the course until enrollment is completed through checkout.
Assigning Courses (Company Admins Only)
Company Admins must assign each course before completing checkout. This step ensures the correct users receive access.
During assignment, you select who the course is for:
Yourself
One or more employees
Different users for different courses if multiple items are in the cart
The quantity for the course updates automatically based on how many users are assigned.
Employees do not see the cart and cannot assign courses themselves.
Completing Enrollment Through Checkout
Once all courses are added and assignments are complete (if required), proceed to checkout. Checkout confirms enrollment and processes payment or billing terms if applicable.
Enrollment is not finalized until checkout is completed.
After checkout:
The course appears on the assigned user’s dashboard
Access is granted immediately
Confirmation notifications are sent
Accessing Your Enrolled Course
After enrollment, courses are available from the dashboard under your enrolled courses section.
Selecting a course opens the learning interface, where you can begin lessons right away. Progress is saved automatically, allowing you to leave and return at any time without losing your place.
Important Enrollment Rules
There are a few rules to keep in mind:
You must be signed in to enroll
Employees cannot self-enroll
Company Admins control employee enrollment
Courses must be completed in order
Access is only granted after checkout
These rules help keep training records accurate and consistent.
