Reminder and Follow-Up Emails

Reminder and follow-up emails are sent automatically by the Leadership Learning Portal to help users stay informed, prepared, and engaged with their training. These emails are system-generated and are triggered based on specific actions such as course enrollment, live event registration, completion of training, or upcoming deadlines.

Reminder emails are most commonly used for live events. When a user is registered for an upcoming live event, the system may send reminder emails before the event date. These messages typically include the event name, date, time, and location, along with any important notes related to attendance. The purpose of these reminders is to reduce missed events and ensure participants arrive prepared.

Follow-up emails are usually sent after a course is completed or after a live event has taken place. These messages may confirm completion, reinforce key takeaways from the training, or provide next-step guidance. In some cases, follow-up emails may also request feedback or encourage users to continue their leadership development by enrolling in additional courses or events.

Both reminder and follow-up emails are informational and do not require action unless stated otherwise. They are meant to support the learning experience rather than replace in-portal notifications. Users should still rely on their dashboard as the primary source of truth for course access, progress, and certificates.

Emails are sent to the email address associated with the user’s account. Company Admins should ensure employee email addresses are entered correctly so reminders and follow-ups reach the intended recipients. If emails are not appearing, users should check spam or junk folders and allow emails from the portal.

If a reminder or follow-up email appears to be missing or incorrect, it does not usually affect training access or certificate eligibility. In those cases, users or Company Admins can contact support to verify registration, attendance, or completion status.
