Live Event Confirmation Emails

After a live event registration is completed, the Leadership Learning Portal automatically sends confirmation emails to the appropriate participants. These emails are an important part of the registration process because they confirm that the registration was successful and provide key event details.

For individual users, the confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout. It confirms that the user is registered and includes the event name, date, time, and location. This email serves as the user’s proof of registration and should be kept for reference.

For Company Admin registrations, confirmation emails are sent to each assigned participant after checkout is completed. This ensures that employees know they have been registered for a live event even though they did not register themselves. Company Admins also receive confirmation details for recordkeeping purposes.

Live event confirmation emails may also be followed by reminder emails as the event date approaches. These reminders help participants prepare, confirm attendance, and avoid missed sessions. The timing and number of reminders may vary depending on the event.

It is important to note that receiving a confirmation email does not mean a certificate has been issued. Certificates for live events are only generated after the event takes place and attendance has been manually marked by an Accelerated Leadership administrator.

If a participant does not receive a confirmation email, they should first check their spam or junk folder. If the email is still missing, the Company Admin or participant can contact support to confirm registration status.
