Assigning a live event to employees can only be done by a Company Admin. Employees cannot register themselves for live events, and they will never see pricing, carts, or checkout options. This process ensures attendance records and certificates are tied to the correct people and kept under company control.
To begin, sign in to your Company Admin account and browse upcoming live events. When you find the event you want, select it and add it to your cart. Adding an event to the cart does not register anyone yet—it simply prepares the event for assignment.
Once the live event is in your cart, you must assign it before checkout. Each event in the cart includes an Assign option. Selecting this opens a list of available users on your account. From here, choose which employees should attend the event. You may also assign the event to yourself if you plan to attend as well. The quantity for the event automatically updates based on how many people you assign.
Assignments are handled per event. If you add multiple live events to the cart, each one must be assigned separately before you can proceed. Checkout will remain blocked until all events have assigned participants.
After assignments are complete, continue to checkout to finalize registration. Once checkout is completed, the assigned employees are officially registered for the live event. They will see the event appear on their dashboard and will receive confirmation or reminder emails with event details such as date, time, and location.
It is important to understand that registering employees does not automatically generate certificates. After the live event takes place, attendance must be manually marked by an Accelerated Leadership administrator. Only after attendance is confirmed will certificates become available. Employees cannot download their own certificates—Company Admins manage and download certificates on their behalf.
If you need to change who is attending an event, this must be handled before the event date. For assistance with changes, cancellations, or attendance issues, contact support through the Contact page.
