Live events in the Leadership Learning Portal are in-person leadership training sessions hosted by Accelerated Leadership. You can browse upcoming events at any time, but registration requires signing in to your account.
When you are logged in and ready to attend an event, registration ensures your spot is reserved, your attendance is tracked, and your certificate can be issued after the event.
To begin, visit the Live Events page and select the event you want to attend. The event page displays important details such as the date, time, location, and a brief description of what the session covers. Reviewing this information helps confirm the event fits your schedule and training needs before registering.
If you are an Individual user, registering for a live event adds the event to your cart and guides you through checkout. Once checkout is completed, your registration is confirmed and the event appears on your dashboard. You will also receive a confirmation email with event details.
If you are a Company Admin, the registration process includes an additional step. After adding the event to the cart, you must assign the event to yourself, employees, or both before completing checkout. Employees cannot register themselves for live events. Assignment during checkout ensures attendance and certificates are tied to the correct participants.
After registration is complete, all assigned users will see the event listed on their dashboard. Reminder emails may be sent leading up to the event to help participants prepare and arrive on time.
Attending the event is required to receive a certificate. Registration alone does not generate a certificate. After the event takes place, an Accelerated Leadership administrator marks attendance manually. Once attendance is confirmed, the certificate becomes available. For employees, certificates are accessible only to the Company Admin.
If an event does not appear on your dashboard after registration, or if a certificate is missing after the event, this usually means checkout was not completed or attendance has not yet been marked. In those cases, contacting support is the fastest way to resolve the issue.
