Certificates for Live Events

Certificates for live events confirm that a participant attended an in-person leadership training session hosted by Accelerated Leadership. Unlike online courses, live event certificates are not issued automatically after registration. Attendance must be verified before a certificate becomes available.

Registering for a live event only reserves a spot and allows the participant to attend. A certificate is created only after the event has taken place and an Accelerated Leadership administrator has marked the participant as attended. This manual attendance step ensures certificates accurately reflect real participation.

Once attendance is confirmed, the certificate is generated and stored in the system. How the certificate can be accessed depends on the user’s account role. Individual users can download their own live event certificates directly from their account once attendance is marked. Employees who were registered by a Company Admin cannot download certificates themselves. In those cases, the certificate is available only to the Company Admin, who manages and stores certificates on behalf of the organization.

Live event certificates may take some time to appear after an event concludes. If a certificate is not immediately visible, it usually means attendance has not yet been marked. This is normal and does not require action unless a significant amount of time has passed.

If a participant believes they attended a live event but do not see a certificate after attendance should have been confirmed, the Company Admin or individual user should contact support for assistance. Certificates are never issued early or for events that were not attended.

Live event certificates remain available in the system after they are generated and can be downloaded later if needed for records, compliance, or professional development documentation.
