The Leadership Learning Portal sends automatic notifications to keep users informed about their training activity. These notifications help ensure that courses, live events, and progress updates are not missed, especially when training is assigned or scheduled in advance.
For online courses, notifications are typically sent when a course is enrolled or assigned. Individual users receive confirmation that they are enrolled and can begin training immediately. Company Admins receive confirmation when checkout is completed and assignments are finalized. Employees receive a notification letting them know a course has been assigned and is now available in their dashboard.
As users progress through a course, the system may also send completion-related notifications. These messages confirm that a course has been successfully completed and may include reminders or follow-up information related to applying what was learned. Course completion notifications are triggered only after all required lessons, videos, and quizzes are finished.
For live events, notifications play a critical role. After registration, participants receive a confirmation email that includes event details such as date, time, and location. Additional reminder emails may be sent as the event approaches to help participants prepare and avoid missing the session. These reminders are automatic and based on the event schedule.
After a live event takes place, participants may receive follow-up notifications once attendance has been reviewed. Certificates for live events are not issued immediately; a notification may be sent after attendance is marked to inform users that their certificate is now available. For employees, this notification confirms completion, but certificate downloads remain accessible only to the Company Admin.
All course and event notifications are sent to the email address associated with the user’s account. To ensure timely delivery, users should make sure system emails are not filtered into spam or junk folders. Notifications may also appear inside the dashboard as alerts, especially when new training is assigned or becomes available.
If a notification seems missing, it is usually because the related action has not yet occurred. For example, a certificate notification will not be sent until course completion or live event attendance is fully confirmed. If users believe a notification should have been sent but was not received, support can help review the account and activity history.
