Live events must be assigned to employees by a Company Admin. Employees cannot register themselves for live events and do not have access to the cart or checkout process. This structure ensures that attendance records, certificates, and billing stay accurate and centrally managed.


To assign a live event, a Company Admin must first be signed in to their account. From the Live Events section, select the event you want to register for and add it to the cart. Adding the event to the cart does not register anyone yet—it simply prepares the event for assignment.


Once the live event is in the cart, the admin must assign participants before checkout can continue. Each live event line item includes an Assign option. Selecting this opens a list of available users. The admin can assign the event to themselves, one employee, or multiple employees. Each assigned person increases the quantity for that event automatically.


Assignments are done per event. If multiple live events are added to the cart, each event must be assigned separately before checkout is allowed. The system will not allow checkout until all events have at least one assigned participant.


After assignments are complete, the admin proceeds through checkout. Once checkout is finished, the assigned employees will see the live event listed on their dashboard. They will also receive confirmation and reminder emails with event details such as date, time, and location.


Employees do not see pricing, payment details, or the cart at any point in this process. Their role is limited to attending the event and completing any related requirements.


Attendance for live events is marked manually by an Accelerated Leadership administrator after the event takes place. A certificate is only generated after attendance is confirmed. For employee accounts, certificates are available to the Company Admin for download, not the employee.


If an employee was assigned incorrectly or can no longer attend, the Company Admin should contact support to make changes before or after the event, depending on timing
