Tracking employee progress allows Company Admins to monitor how assigned training is being completed across their organization. This includes visibility into course enrollment, lesson completion, quiz status, and live event participation. Progress tracking helps ensure leadership training is completed on time and records remain accurate.
Company Admins can access employee progress from the Employee Enrollment or Employee Management area of the Leadership Learning Portal after signing in. This section provides a list of all employees added to the account and shows which courses or live events each employee has been assigned.
For online courses, progress updates automatically as employees move through lessons. Admins can see whether a course has not been started, is in progress, or has been completed. If a course includes quizzes, quiz completion and pass status are also reflected in the employee’s progress record. An employee cannot complete a course unless all required lessons, videos, and quizzes have been finished successfully.
For live events, progress appears differently. Employees will show as registered once assigned and checked out, but completion is not marked until after the event takes place. Attendance must be manually confirmed by an Accelerated Leadership administrator before the event is considered complete. Until attendance is marked, certificates will not be available.
Tracking progress does not allow Company Admins to alter or override course rules. Admins cannot mark lessons as complete, skip quizzes, or manually complete training on behalf of an employee. This ensures training standards remain consistent for all participants.
Progress tracking is also tied directly to certificate availability. Once an employee completes an online course or attendance is confirmed for a live event, the completion status updates automatically and the certificate becomes available for download by the Company Admin.
If progress appears stalled or incomplete, it is usually due to an unfinished lesson, an unpassed quiz, or pending live event attendance. Reviewing the employee’s detailed progress view will typically show exactly which step is blocking completion.
