Completing Checkout

Completing checkout is the final step that officially enrolls users in courses or registers them for live events in the Leadership Learning Portal. Until checkout is finished, no training access is granted and no assignments take effect.

When you reach checkout, the system first confirms that all required assignments have been completed. Each course or live event in the cart must already be assigned to specific users. If any item is missing assignments, checkout cannot continue until that step is completed.

During checkout, the portal displays a summary of what is being purchased, who each item is assigned to, and the total cost. This review step is important because enrollment and billing are tied directly to the assignments shown here. Once checkout is completed, assignments cannot be changed without contacting support.

Payment is processed based on the options available to your account. Most users complete checkout using a credit card, which processes payment immediately. Some approved organizations may see a pay-later option such as Net 30 or Net 60. These billing terms must be enabled by Accelerated Leadership and cannot be turned on by the company directly.

After checkout is successfully completed, training access is granted automatically. Assigned users will see their courses or events appear on their dashboard, and confirmation emails are sent to notify them that training is available. Orders are also recorded in the system and can be viewed later in Order History for billing and recordkeeping purposes.

If checkout fails or is interrupted, no users are enrolled and no access is granted. In that case, you can return to the cart and try again, or contact support if the issue continues.
