Quizzes in the Leadership Learning Portal are designed to reinforce understanding, not to penalize users. Each quiz has a defined number of allowed attempts, which is set by Accelerated Leadership based on the course requirements. The number of attempts and the passing score are always shown before the quiz begins so there are no surprises.
If a quiz is not passed on the first attempt, the system may allow the quiz to be taken again, depending on how that course is configured. When additional attempts are available, users are encouraged to return to the related lesson, review the material carefully, and then try the quiz again. This helps ensure the content is fully understood before moving forward.
To retake a quiz, users should navigate back to the lesson immediately before the quiz using the course navigation menu. After reviewing the lesson content, the quiz can be reopened as long as attempts remain. The portal will not allow users to bypass a quiz that has not been passed.
If all allowed attempts are used and the quiz is still not passed, course progress will stop at that point. In these cases, users should contact support for assistance. Support can review the account and determine the appropriate next steps.
Quiz progress and results are saved automatically. Users can see which quizzes have been completed, passed, or are still pending as part of their course progress. Company Admins may also view quiz completion status for employees when monitoring training progress.
Quiz attempts exist to support learning while maintaining consistent training standards. Retakes are part of the learning process and are intended to help users succeed, not to create barriers.
