Quiz and Progress Rules

Quizzes and progress rules exist to ensure training is completed properly and consistently across all users in the Leadership Learning Portal. These rules are built into the system and apply to all online courses, regardless of account type.

Quizzes appear at specific points within a course and are required when present. When a quiz is reached, it must be completed and passed before the next lesson or section becomes available. Users cannot skip quizzes or move forward without meeting the required score.

Each quiz clearly shows how many questions it contains, how many attempts are allowed, and the minimum score required to pass. These requirements are set ahead of time and cannot be changed by users. If a quiz is not passed on the first attempt, users are expected to review the related lesson content before trying again.

Course progress follows a locked sequence. Lessons, videos, and quizzes must be completed in order. Videos must be watched from start to finish, and required quizzes must be passed before progress is recorded. Until all required steps are completed, the system will prevent access to later content.

Progress is saved automatically as each requirement is met. There is no manual save button. If progress appears delayed or locked, it is usually because a required video was not fully watched, a quiz was not passed, or a lesson was exited before completion.

These rules exist to maintain consistent learning standards, ensure certificates are accurate, and protect training records for both individuals and organizations. If a user believes progress is blocked incorrectly after completing all required steps, support can review the account to confirm completion status.
